Hi Chris, on several calls, prior to the clean, you did provide us with the history of your flat in that: your tenant had NOT cleaned any areas of your flat for quite a few years and you were, rightfully, disgusted with the state of the flat left by your tenant when you viewed it. Furthermore, you also stressed your disappointment in the acting agents you instructed for your flat because they had NOT met their obligations over the years in maintaining a regular inventory of your flat. Following on from those conversations you had with me, when we arrived at the flat, prior to starting the clean, my colleague and I did advise you quite a few times to cancel our services as it was an unnecessary cost because we will NOT be able to get the flat to a habitable clean state for your new tenants due to the state that your flat was left in by your previous tenant but you still instructed us to do "the best that we could do with it" in avoidance to spending any money on the flat to actually making it habitable for your new tenants.

Absolutely perfect! 5 stars well deserved. Certainly requesting their services again!

After just my first clean by Sharon and her team, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Pre-clean Sharon contacted me following my expression of interest to discuss my requirements and the service they offer and, after discussions with multiple cleaning companies, I can say right from the outset her professional, friendly and approachable manner convinced me to hire her and her team. Sharon contacted me prior to arrival to confirm ETA, worked in excess of the hours I booked to complete the service and offered to balance it off against the cost of the next clean (as in reduction of time of next clean) at no extra expense in time, money or effort to myself - as it was the first clean naturally there was a decent amount more to do. I have been wholly impressed by Sharon's effort to really go above and beyond delivering an outstanding service and that is without me even mentioning how good a job they both actually for the clean itself, it's spotless and smells nice too. I just want to mention one aspect apart from cleaning - and that is Sharon and Kit’s honesty and integrity.
I left a large amount of cash in a drawer, which had obviously been cleaned and moved. Not one penny was missing, and frankly, I had forgotten about it as well! If you are unsure about whether to let Sharon into your house - don’t be. She will treat is as her own!

I was very happy with the deep clean of my house. The magnificent cleaners went above and beyond and cleaned every part of the house.
