We have the opportunity to be assisted by Jesse for our Niseko trip. It was our first trip to Niseko and Jesse is very helpful in giving recommendations on the duration of the visit, activities that we can do, map and transport informations, and other various information. He helped us with the bookings for hotel Skye Niseko, various snow activities (skiing, snow mobiles, and snow walking tour) with GoSnow, YamaRental, NAC, and dinner reservations at Sessa Hotpot.He responded promptly our questions and any last minute emails. Highly recommended! I will definitely use Luxe Nomad for all my future travels! They made booking hotels and activities a breeze. Always going all the way out for their customers and ensured timely follow ups on both ends. Despite me giving them the wrong information which resulted in an error booking, they were quick to rectify it and send me the updated booking voucher. Our family stayed at La Lagune in June for almost a week. We were blown away with the amazing beach front location and how well appointed the villa was, but most of all we were spoilt by the wonderful hospitality of the villa manager and Chef. What a team The Luxe Nomad have. A1 customer service. While I communicated initially with Ling, I have spoken with Grace, Chloe P, Sophie, Alexc, Coreen & Inna, all who provide fantastic customer service. With each reply email, I am greeted with the sender introducing themselves (even if I've spoken to them previously), and "on behalf of" the previous sender. This is a team that really works together, and responses were timely, informative, helpful, but most importantly patient. I was arranging a snow trip to Hakuba for a group of 10 (7 adults, 3 children). With many opinions within the group came many questions and changes. The team at The Luxe Nomad soaked these up, and responded professionally, never making me feel pressured or that I was wasting their time. They provide a number of accommodation options within our budget and to the specifications we needed (# bedrooms, location, etc). I can't speak highly enough about them. The booking has now been confirmed and will continue to work with their concierge team to arrange transfers, and possibly ski lessons for the kids. I have used The Luxe Nomad a few times now and I have always experienced amazing personal service, excellent quality and selection of villas and a wide range of help offered by their concierge team with booking restaurants, dinners cooked in the villa, boats or yoga teachers. It makes the holiday experience stress free and extra special. I have just returned from Villa Melissa in Bali with them and everything was faultless. The fact that they are trying to be as environmentally minded as possible really impressed me. Drinking water in reuseable glass bottles, no plastic straws - these small changes make a big difference over time. Great work guys!We cannot wait for our next trip with you! More...
