absolutely abismal service, just ruined my family holiday. sent us a confirmation for an airport run this morning, been sat here waiting to ring them and find out they have CANCELLED and not even let us know. we have now missed our gate check in due to this company. avoid like a barge pole, not even a rational explanation. im disgusted!!!!!! i wouldnt even mind its been booked for ages you absolute let downs! did nothing to try and resolve the awful mistake!!!!!! customer service -100/10. amazing how a taxi firm can piss hundreds of pounds down the drain. furious is an understarment. Booked a taxi for 3:30am to give plenty of time due to a disabled member in party was notified flight was 2 hours late so called and asked for 2 hours later told no problem then when arrives home tried to charge me £20 per hour I was late! ! I received an email to say I had an extra £20 charge (not what driver said) after I had arrived home. All driver said was I should of checked website but I didn’t book online got taxi at 6am as had to wait due to him collecting a family and dropping them to airport same time as collecting me so refused to pay charge More...

Do not use this company. We ordered a mini van 8 and two car seats to take our family to the airport. They arrived with a mini van 6 and one car seat. Driver was not wearing a mask and coughed the entire journey. We contacted them to make sure correct car would be ready to pick us up and received a cancellation message just as we were boarding our flight home. Left us stranded at Gatwick with two small children! AVOID! More...

They should not send you an email saying "Booking Confirmation" when the booking is not confirmed. They cancelled my booking saying they had no availability even after they sent the confirmation. They said it was only 3 hours later, but I didn't see the email until much later. They ask for your phone number, so why not phone you to tell you they are cancelling ? More...
