What’s your signature dish?
Moroccan chicken with jewelled cous-cous. Chocolate raspberry pavlova.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to meet each client in person to establish their taste and budget then make suggestions from my vast range or incorporate their own ideas.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy designing individual menus to give each occasion a personal touch
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of cooking and demand for my food from friends.
