Such a lovely Retreat Holiday with Estella Ramos Daily Yoga practise relaxing, energising, easy hard work fun calm, challenging and enlightening. .. full of the joys of working with such an experienced teacher who reminded me that Yoga is the bodies practice for meditation. Starting the beginners course at yoga buddy was the best decision I've made this year so far! 6 weeks have gone so quickly and I could not have been any happier with the progress I've made already Estella was better than I hoped for and I am so grateful that it was her who introduced me to yoga! A charming new bright & cosy space for Yoga and Juicing adepts in MK! The Studio is just the right size with the particular detail of the soft lighting at the front ideal for the more inward practices of Meditation, Yoga Nidra, or a Gong Bath (the one I was lucky to attend with Pam Mullet on opening day). Lovely warm Studio with an equally warm welcome from Estella, her family and friends, as well as a great vibe interaction with other fellow Yoga teachers like myself and Yoga enthusiasts. The juices are just yummy, you feel literally healthier when drinking one of these - my only criticism is that the taster cups were too SMALL :) (he he he)! My humble suggestion: Juice Pints :) !
