I met the Hairdressir at a bridal event with my daughter and liked the honesty and enthusiasm of Andrew and Rob. I wish I had met him before, my hair for the wedding was lovely, my daughters hair was exquisite. He really is the full package, colourist, stylist, good cutter and finisher. Each client is treated as a challenge to outdo any previous experience, if the client is unhappy I know he would not relax until they were. However I haven’t heard of anyone who wasn’t delighted. My granddaughter has very curly long hair, we would not trust anyone else with it, he’s a magician with hair. More...

Phenomenal! Andrew has been doing my hair for a while now, and every time it is a fantastic experience and I am always happy with the outcome. Andrew also did my bridal hair and it was perfect. Taking all the stress out of the whole process, accomodating to my requests and transforming my hair into a masterpiece, I could not have been happier. I’ve been coming to Andrew for yonks! Since moving away from the south, I’ve never found a hairdresser as good as him. I’ve tried numerous in Cheltenham with no great success and it’s come to me booking tomorrow off work to have a cut and colour. From start to finish my experience with Andrew and Rob and all at creatiques and the hairdressir salon has been absolutely outstanding! ! I could not have dreamed for a more beautiful hair do and was truly made to feel like a princess on Saturday. My bridesmaids also looked absolutely incredible and Andrew made my vision of an enchanted woodland theme come true in the way that he styled all of our hair. I absolutely loved the entire experience of my hair trial. Andrew and Bradley made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They have excellent knowledge and expertise and advised me about hair, hair extensions, veil placement, and they even came up for a plan for my wedding capelet. This was my first appointment at 'The HairdressSir' and what a breath of fresh air it was! I was made to feel really important and not just another "head" on a conveyor belt !
Andrew listened to what I wanted and actually explained what products he was using, what he thought would work on my hair and why, something that my previous salon had sadly not taken the time and trouble to do. The overall atmosphere created by Andrew and Bradley was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional - and the conversation made you feel like you had known them for ever! For the first time in years I have had family and friends say my hair looks great and that has to be the best testament to your fantastic salon and service.

Hi Andrew. Its been over a month now since I had my hair done and I know I am due in again soon, but I just wanted to tell you how happy I am.
Last time I visited, you used the LorealPro SmartBond and I can not tell you what a difference it has made to the condition of my hair. We both know how awful it was when I first came to you for your help and over the past year and a bit you have managed to work wonders to get it back into decent condition. This product has made a massive difference, my hair has not looked or felt this good in absolute years. Thank you, thank you, thank you for working such wonders on me. I drive a long way to visit you, but it is so worth it, you and your team make the trip very worthwhile, and that’s coming from someone who would rather go to the dentist than a hairdresser in the past. �
