I visit the Hair Advice Centre as a treat to myself 3-4 times per year. Admittedly I have to budget carefully for it, and I do this because I understand that the products, skill and service that I receive in this salon are exceptional and therefore worth the money that I spend. I was impressed from my first visit with the welcome that I received. The initial consultation with Carly, the stylist I return to see, was fantastic. She listened with care to what I wanted with my colour and cut, and gave the results I was looking for. I've returned for a few years now and each time we check in with what I'm looking for now, there's always that flexibility to try something new if I'd like to. Carly understands that coming here is as much about a treat for a worn-out working mummy, and restoring some confidence and self-worth, as it as about the actual hair cut. It's both a professional and a friendly, caring environment. That, and you are always kept comfortable with a variety of drinks and up-to-the-minute magazines. Great, professional salon with a fantastic team of the top stylist. I have been going to The Hair Advice Centre for 18 years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service who listen to me everytime I visit. Just recently had 5 inches cut off my hair which wasn't easy as I have had long hair for years, but I love it and should of done it years ago.
