Used the Guildhall for PCR test for the wife and I after returning from Spain,
Day 2 test should have arrived on or before day 2 but at day 4 still not arrived, (the wife’s day2 test has just arrived on day 4)
I telephoned Guildhall again and they say it’s the fault of Royal
Mail, having paid £199 each for this service I’m not that impressed with there response which is to give it a little longer before they can do anything. It beggars belief what’s the point of a Government day2 & day8 test and trace policy if delivery cannot be relied on.
I chose Guildhall because they were local and thought delivery would have been easier.
Would I recommend NO sorry.

My experience at the guildhall physio clinic, was a great one. I met with a lady called Morgan Fallon, she made me feel at ease instantly with her professionalism and calm/witty nature. I have Tendonitis and haven’t been able to walk properly for about a month, whatever she did in that hour, worked a charm, Instantly I can now walk with ease and most importantly without intense pain and a limp. This isn’t my first time visiting a physio/osteopath but without a doubt she is amazing, importantly she enjoys what she does and is evidently very good at her chosen career path. Can’t wait to go back to Morgan, to see what her magic hands can do next for my poorly foot! :) More...

Andrew is amazing at correcting my back problems. Went to him last year following a car accident which left me unable to walk without experiencing excruciating pain. The move to the new five ways location will offer another convenient option for all those stiff backs and necks sat behind those many desks in Brum. I recently went to see Simon Bell one of the Osteopath's due to a back injury.
It was my first time seeing an Osteopath and my treatment was successful.
I have been given exercises to do following the treatment however have improved considerably. However within my session I wanted to highlight that Simon provided a lot of useful information in relation to some of my other problems with my physical health and fitness. So I guess what I am trying to say is I did not just get treatment for my back but also well educated on how I can do things differently and better to promote my health.
Thank you Simon for answering all my questions and going the extra mile and giving me the guidance and support needed to improve my fitness goals.
I would recommend this service to anyone.

My experience at The Guildhall Practice was fantastic. The building was light, welcoming and very presentable, just like the staff. I felt immediately at ease and was made to feel very comfortable. The treatment was both professional and friendly, a complimentary balance of the two. I had both Osteopath and Massage treatment and found both very beneficial to my needs.
