The Greedy Wordsmith

I approached Claire to run a workshop on "Discover Your Ideal Client" for the SIAFS project (a funded project aimed to give free business support to small food and drink businesses in Yorkshire). Claire ran the workshop seamlessly, in a confident and professional manner. She spoke to everyone individually, giving suggestions and examples that were relatable to that particular business. She really got the businesses involved, not only in communicating with her but with the other businesses too. By the end everyone was laughing together, swapping stories and giving each other advice. They were all really keen to go away and put into practice what they'd just learned. We found this really useful for our businesses and we have another workshop booked for next month!
