What’s your signature dish?
we have catering trailers which we use to serve anything from 'low and slow' pulled pork to hotdogs, hand made burgers and wraps
we also have a pop up kitchen that we use for private dining, weddings etc and are often asked for our most popular dish - Roast rump of lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and wilted greens
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are all former staff from The Lime Tree Restaurant in West Didsbury including the General Manager and Head Chef so our repertoire is extensive and we enjoy be challenged by new and interesting requests
What do you love most about your job?
a different location every day - music festivals in the summer, muddy obstacle courses in the winter, Christmas markets, private dining, weddings - the list is endless
What inspired you to start your own business?
Between the three of us, we have almost 100 years catering experience - Working for ourselves was long overdue !
