I've been doing Pilates with Bryony for the past couple of years and absolutely love it. I recently had my first baby and continued with Pilates all the way through my pregnancy, which I think made a huge difference, helping me stay active and moving in a gentle, supportive way, with exercises carefully tailored to my changing needs and abilities.

Lovely, calm, caring Pilates instructor who knows her stuff. Very reasonably priced for 1-2-1 or small group sessions. You know you’ve worked out, but in a good way. Highly recommendable.
