Agatha and her team are just brilliant! Service and quality of work was fantastic. I bought a wedding dress elsewhere in a sample sale, but it was 3 sizes too big - the re-size they did for me was just perfect. The Bridal Gallery is fantastic! Agatha and the team were amazing from start to finish. They did everything they could to ensure my wedding dress was perfect, and that is exactly what the result was! It was so clear from the beginning that they were extremely knowledgeable – they gave me so many useful tips from how to hang my dress, to the shoes I should wear (such great advice!) There was an issue with my underskirt (an error made by a different supplier), but the team were extremely calming and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. They were very flexible when making appointments. In addition, I really appreciated how friendly and honest the team was. It was such a great experience, and I cannot thank the Bridal Gallery enough for ensuring I had my dream dress for my wedding! The Bridal Gallery is just amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome and at ease. Agatha helped me find my dream dress and even made it bespoke with beautiful lace capped sleeves and a glittering belt. Agatha and her assistant are so professional, warm, helpful and supportive. Choosing a dress in general can be quite nerve wracking but Agatha made the whole experience wonderful. I loved my dress and felt like the most beautiful sparkling (literally with sequins and bling) on my wedding day. All my guests gasped with ooooo and ahhhh as in entered my ceremony and that is down to Agatha’s amazing alterations, bespoke additions and vision to make my dress perfect. Absolute satisfaction! I ordered my wedding dress online and they were way too big. I only had three weeks to go to my wedding and I naturally panicked. Luckily, I the amazing team of The Bridal Gallery London saved the day! Even in the middle of very busy summer wedding season they went beyond their limits to deliver my dress on time. I bought a dress from bridal gallery after having been to 5-6 places all over London and Surrey but after I tried on a dress here, I kept comparing not only the dress I had my sights on but also the service and help I was given. Agatha was so friendly, approachable, helpful and honest from the first appointment. She was fantastic at making me feel at ease and helping me alter the dress in a way that was more me. Agatha is such a wonderful person, when I walked in for my appointment she was so professional and accommodating. She really makes you feel comfortable and have fun. Its exactly a month since my wedding and I cannot recommend this place ESPECIALLY the wonderful Agatha enough!! I had been to many outlets and bridal stores but just wasn't feeling the service and the attention given as much as what Agatha had delivered along with the vast amount of selection of dresses to choose from! She knew exactly what I was looking for but still allowed me to try on many other styles to make sure I'd seen myself in a variety of different styles. Agatha and Eva saved my day! From the moment I got there I knew that I was in the right place. The google reviews were completely accurate. They knew what was needed for my wedding dress,, and what needed to be fitted. They were extremely helpful, and super quick! My wedding dress fitting could not have landed in better hands. Agatha and Eva from The Bridal Gallery were such a great help to me. I needed a destination wedding dress on a really short notice. Being spontaneous about our wedding was fun but after I have visited fair share of bridal wear shops with no joy, not so much. When I came to the Bridal Gallery for the first time, Agatha explained that there isn't enough time to order a new dress from the designer but she recommended that I chose something from the sample dresses (available of the shop floor) and the very talented seamstress Eva can do some alterations or changes if needed. There was plenty dresses to choose from, I was able to try different styles and materials, take pictures to see how the dress looks in the camera. Eva and Agatha offered many ideas and were very accommodating. They had bags of patience for me when I kept changing my mind and always offered great and honest advice about the dress, shoes, underwear, accesories, flowers, etc. They even talked me into wearing a beautiful vintage like veil when I always thought I will not wear one. My husband loved the whole look! And yes, it does get better! Agatha has even packed the dress into my hand luggage so that it wouldn't get creased. Ladies at The Bridal Gallery work with passion and smile. I received an amazing customer service, unique wedding dress and wedding advice at a very reasonable price. Agatha was such a help to us! We were in a panic and came the Bridal Gallery in South Ealing in search of a hoop (we had left it by mistake in Dubai where the first part of the wedding took place). Not only did Agatha provide a hoop, but also a thread to tie up the back of the dress, and she even stitched the different layers together which held it together and made dancing much easier. This was just the day before my daughter's wedding reception!

I cannot recommend Agatha and other ladies at the Bridal Gallery enough, they were fantastic. I had more or less already chosen a dress in Ireland but a friend recommended I go along to Bridal Gallery to try a few more. Instantly felt at ease with Agatha she wasnt pushy or saying every dress was nice that I tried on, she was honest, told me what suited and what didnt, I showed her pic of dress I had tried on and more or less chosen and she said straight away colour doesnt suit you and she was 100% right it didnt and that was my concern too about it and that why I stuck with Agatha she is honest knows her stuff and she will go out of her way to make u look amazing, adding things to dresses etc, and she made my Bridesmaids and myself feel so comfortable and we looked amazing :-).
