Well what can I say about Nicola at the bridal dressing rooms, words cannot describe how wonderful she made me feel today when I went in for a last minute appointment. I have had a terrible experience dress shopping due to reasons beyond my control. Unfortunately I was in need of a new dress with not long to go until the big day. I called Nicola in a panic and her kind reassuring words were just what I needed to hear. Today she found me the perfect wedding dress, she helped me to enjoy dress shopping again and made me feel special. I have many issues relating to why dress shopping feels tougher for me, but that didn’t worry Nicola. My excitement for the wedding is back and I am still buzzing from this morning. I bought my wedding dress here earlier this year, after a horrendous shopping experience elsewhere. From the moment I walked in Nicola made me feel beautiful and at ease. She was attentive and didn't stop until we found the perfect dress for the perfect price. Nicola is incredible!!! From the moment I walked in the door of The Bridal Dressing Rooms I felt special. Nicola took the time to get to know me and the wedding theme and completely understood my style and what I wanted, I felt she really listened to me. She understood what would suit me and picked out some beautiful dresses and also encouraged my bridal party get involved and pick dresses too! The Bridal Rooms has dresses in so many sizes so you actually get to try dresses on which made me feel so relaxed especially as you have the shop to yourself. What can I say I just can’t recommend Nicola at the bridal dressing rooms enough. From start to finish I have just had THE BEST experience. Wow is all I can say, I just sent an email with an enquiry on about a dress I liked and Nicola has gone above and beyond for me ever since, even though I have sourced my dress elsewhere she has been fantastic every step of the way, I was starting to lose faith with people when it came to wedding planning but this has now been restored, great customer service and I would recommend this shop to anyone who asked, I will definitely be popping in to get my accessories!
