Debbie Kelly was absolutely outstanding as our wedding celebrant. We spent weeks trying to find a service that would provide us with the most traditional wedding ceremony experience, and we were over the moon when we found Debbie Kelly. Debbie took the time to meet with us as a couple to get to know us before we even hired her. She understood that we wanted our wedding to be traditional, but also fun. Every step of the way, Debbie made sure we we were getting everything we wanted. Even though we live on the other side of the world, she was able to stay in communication with us, and was extremely easy to work with. Debbie sent us a detailed questionnaire, which she then based the ceremony on. She even sent us the ceremony in draft form so we would edit it, to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. She was so creative, that we barely needed to change a thing! It was extremely personal, almost as if she had known us for our entire relationship! The ceremony itself went flawlessly. All of our guests said it was the best, most personal ceremony they had ever been to. It still had all the traditional elements we wanted, but it was super fun and had the guests laughing, crying and cheering the entire time. Debbie was just so wonderful to work with. She is very cheerful and charismatic which is exactly what you want for your wedding. We did not have to do a thing when it came to our ceremony. We had no stress as she took the wheel and steered us through the best day of our lives. We are forever thankful to Debbie and are so glad she was our celebrant. We could not recommend her enough! Wonderful experience for our twins’ Baby Naming Ceremony, Debbie is amazing and brings a truly personal touch to the ceremony, leaving us both crying (joyful tears) and laughing! My husband and I couldn’t agree on a religious ceremony so we compromised, and did both. I’m so happy we did, the Christening was of course lovely, but the Baby Naming really felt like a celebration of their lives and every single guest commented on how fabulous is was. All finished off with a beautiful presentation package of the ceremony, for you and your child/children to keep forever. I would like to say a big thank you to Debbie for conducting my dads eulogy on the 28th of february. Debbie was very professional and sympathetic to us all in such a difficult time.
From the very beginning calling myself and organising a meeting at a time which was convenient for myself as well as my family, to the lovely eulogy at the crematorium. Debbie really helped us remember my dad and took the strain off ourselves having to write his eulogy. It felt just like a member of our family had wrote and read it.
Once again thank you Debbie you don't know how much it has helped all our family in remembering my dad and helping us to celebrate his life.

What do you love most about your job?
There can't be many other jobs that give you such job satisfaction. Working with couples on one of the most important and happiest days of their lives is pretty special. Meeting people for the first time and finding out as much as possible about them helps us to develop a ceremony that suits their personality. Then as we get to know each other over the next few weeks and months we change and amend the service according, until voila! we have the perfect ceremony for their wedding, vow renewal or baby naming. The day of the ceremony itself is always filled with great excitement as the plans we have made together come to fruition and we love listening to the positive comments from guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting your own business can be quite scary but if you have a passion or a great idea - usually you are the only one who is able to see to bring it to life.
