I was lucky to discover the Beautician Chic through watching her YouTube videos & from the quality and prescion of her videos I decided to book her for both my hair and makeup for my traditional Ugandan wedding. Despite the fact that it was snowing that morning she arrived at my hotel early, and organised herself so well. She took great time and care to achieve exactly what I wanted with my hair. She made my wig and styled it exceeding my expectations. The makeup, WOW I was Blown away. All I said to her was “glam me up to the maximum” and she didn’t play. All my guests complimented me all day and said I looked like royalty. My bridesmaids now all want to book her for their events too. I have my braids done for the first time and I'm really happy with the result. It looks so nice and natural. Chi Chi was so welcoming, made me feel so confortable. It was 4 hours having my hair done but I didn't feel that long as we would keep talking and watching films. She's a really good hairdresser. I had a great experience here. She was very nice, gentle and conversed with me while she did my hair. I am from New York City visiting London and her prices were amazing compared to what I usually get charged.

Usually I would be in terrible pain and not be able to move my head without feeling something. She was so gentle that I felt that I've had my hair in for days. This was a major thing for me since I have a low pain tolerance.

One thing that she did that I really like was that she blow dried the hair after placing it in hot water. More hairdressers just let you go on with wet hair but she took her her. I don't know if this is a regular part of her hair routine but I liked that she was considerate enough to do that.

Literally the most lovely and talented hairdresser in the uk!! My crochet braids always look so nice and last though she used to do Senegalese twists for me which always looked so neat and professional too. The only hairdresser I trust to do my hair. I have quite thick hair and a lot of hairdressers will just yank and fight with the hair. Chi is very gentle, treats your hair with care and is still very fast. The space where she does your hair is so lovely and comfortable and she will put movies on for you to watch. The general experience is always so fun and friendly.
