Had an undetectable leak within the cooling system of my Jaguar X Type. I contacted Jay on Monday morning and within a few hours the vehicle had been taken to their garage and examined. The problem was identified as a damaged radiator. I agreed that the fitting of a new radiator could go ahead and expected that, subject to a radiator being obtained, it would probably be carried out within a couple of days. I was extremely surprised when Jay contacted me at 4pm and informed me that the vehicle would be ready for collection by 5.30pm. I couldn’t believe that they had examined the vehicle, sourced the part and fitted it within just under 7 hours. I had my car serviced whilst I was at work, when the driver bought my car back he showed me all of my old parts that were changed, which was a nice touch, shows you that they are honest, never thought of that before :)
