What’s your signature dish?
If we had to pick a favourite "type" of event catering, it would be authentic, street-food inspired dishes / large bites and bowls to be circulated to guests for standing parties or served from food stalls/buffet stations. We have dishes and recipes from all over the world and we like to get creative by adding quirky styling details... So fun, particularly for large Christmas parties and birthdays! But we are an international, curious team and we love working with our clients on all types of events and providing different cuisines to suit the day.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always do our best to have a quick chat with each of our clients to go through their event requirements and ideas and ensure we truly understand what they're after, what is crucial and what is a nice "to have", and also to advise on the best options for them using our industry knowledge and experience.
We then put together a bespoke menu or suggest the most suitable dishes along with a flexible quote which allows for flexibility for our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to be in the kitchen a lot and try lots of exciting new recipes and foods and be creative for each new request! We find out a lot about the world, brands and what is happening through organising a range of very varied and exciting events, and we meet people from all walks of life in London.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to come to the rescue and make the event industry less complicated and less opaque, whilst being able to be independent and decide who we wanted to work with and what we wanted to provide. Our goal is the create a service for clients that is simple, trust-worthy, fairly priced and ensure a fun and relaxed experience for them. We want our clients to be able to feel like their own guests at the party.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we do not believe in one size fits all offerings and will always listen to their needs and advise accordingly, no matter the occasion and budget. Because we always charge fairly whilst doing our best not to cut any corners to ensure smooth and high quality of service. And last but not least, because we give back to the community and the world through each event confirmed, meaning working with us means you are also supporting other charities and organisations doing very important work out there.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We organise virtual tours as well as socially distanced viewings, so that you can still work on your venue search from the safety and comfort of your own home. We work very closely with our venue partners, are aware of the most flexible T's and C's to protect your event bookings in case things change, and of course we stay up to date with the latest government guidelines in order to advise you better.
Bespoke Catering
We love to create unique menus to suit our client's ideas, event types, audience and budgets! We are always happy to advise on the best options and come up with creative ways to achieve our client's event goals!
Venue-Finding
Our venue finding service is completely free for clients and whilst we focus on dry hire / blank canvas spaces where you can create a truly unique party from scratch, such as warehouses, studios and arches, we can also advise on the city's best event venues, gastropubs, Georgian townhouses, stylish bars, etc. Let us know what you need and we'll send over a list of our best suggestions. We can even negotiate lower than advertised rates for you on occasion!
Entertainment
Need a DJ, band, roaming performers, or for us to take over a venue, work to a theme and create a full immersive experience? Our creative and story-telling team works o a bespoke basis to launch cutting edge immersive experiences for brand activations and private events that truly stand out. The Arrangers offer a complete pop-up bar service and a range of standard and premium bar structures to complete the look. Choose from our selection of hand-picked wines, beers, spirits and cocktails or let us design bespoke options to match your brand and event goals.
