These carers provide excellent care for my father, who has dementia. He receives help from some exceptional people. You have to be a special kind of person to look after someone with dementia, and this care team are made up of these kind of people.

My mam was at the point in her life where she needed full time care. I was a parent and in full time employment. And could not give mam the care she needed. This is where Angels on call come in. They gave mam the care she needed in a professional manner along with her keeping her dignity. They help her in areas of which she needed and stud back to enable her to still have her own responsibilitys. They were able to give her a full filled life until the end. Tanya looked after my mum - she always had time to listen and answer our questions. She goes over and above what is needed and I always knew my mum was in safe hands and would be cared for and her needs addressed. Tanya is warm, caring and pays attention to detail. Tanya from 'The Angels on Call' knows the full meaning of Care and Caring. She cared for my mother who has Dementia, treating her with Dignity and Respect. We frequently sat and discussed any changes in my mothers care plans, this meant so much to me. I recently had the pleasure of observing a young person caring for an elderly lady, from a distance, and as being very used to care home services and standards as we have a relative in a care home, I was very pleasantly surprised in the level of attention and care that this young person was giving to this elderly lady, it made me think that if the movement is going away from placing people that are not to severely disabled into care homes and providing more care in the home, then I would certainly agree that this is a way forward as what I saw today I was certainly impressed with! It was a while later once I got closer to them I saw that the logo on the young persons uniform was Angels on Call, I just hope that someone reads this post and can pass this message on to them, credit where credit is due!
