Came in for a Sunday dinner and chose the pork option, all I can say is I wasn’t disappointed! The parsnips and carrots are honey roasted adding an amazing flavour and the pork was cooked to perfection! ! What’s your signature dish?
We have a few to be honest as Richard loves working with local produce so game when its in season as well as seafood, as having been in the Isle of Man for 8 years Richard has developed many good dishes with seafood.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Its a two way process we can make suggestions but at the end of the day we work to ensure we have fulfilled the clients ideas and dreams as it is their event.
What do you love most about your job?
seeing the happiness on the clients faces when it all comes together allowing them to relax and enjoy their event that they have been looking forward to for week, months and in some cases years
What inspired you to start your own business?
having obtained a combined 40 years experience we took over the Angel in Watlington in 2018 and have since then completed a huge refurbishment and been lucky enough to win 2 awards so far.

our large amount of experience of hosting and planning events means we can create a bespoke event to yourselves with minimal fuss.
External Catering
from afternoon Teas and buffets to picnics and fine dining meals we can cover all requirements for many events.
