I foremost am a carer that works for tender loving carers and this is the best company you can work for. Carers and the management's are whole heartedly diligent to there service users, this is what makes the company outstanding. Importantly is the quality of care, that is outstanding every aspect of the service user is looked into with the carers and the the team in the office and is dealt with immediately.
