Excellent! Only one word to describe their serviceOne Tel arranged for Openreach to remove our auxilliary line but instead took out the main one leaving only one extension not the original line that had four. We had to rush upstairs and downstairs to answer the phone. One Tels only solution was to put a master socket in the upperfloor and leave the rest for over £200 together with exterior damage to our walls that we would have to repair at extra cost! This after over 7 hours of phone and email time.Telephone fault has come in and speedily resolved the issue within 24 hours. Teleco solutions are very friendly and customer services based business. I had a broken telephone socket and a computer data socket the needed to be replaced plus extended. I called Teleco and the engineer was at my property within 30 mins from when I spoke to William their engineer.They done an excellent job and the attention to detail to fix my problem was absolutely professional. I called William to help me with a problem I had experiencing for quite some time: my phone cut out after the first ring when I received incoming calls. I am a Sky customer and had phoned this company several times but they assured me that there was nothing wrong with my telephone line. William turned up promptly and spent a good 3-4 hours to check everything he possibly could, but found nothing wrong with the wiring. So, he asked me to phone Sky and let him talk with them on my behalf. Sky advised then that there was a fault on my line and, eventually, sorted it out for me within the next few days. William then came back to my house again 1 week later to reconnect all the telephone points he had to disconnect for diagnosing the fault by an elimination process. More...

I have to put my hands up to the service that I received . I needed 4 extensions fitted in my house after fire took place there. one in the front room ,one in dining room and two in bedrooms upstairs. I knew it would be a task running the line through as there was new carpet applied down .but I was surprised that It was not a problem that it still could be done and was also shown more options for the line to run for each extension.
