I have recently purchased my first property and Rachel Harper acted on our behalf who was Brilliant! She continued to go above and beyond and kept us updated at every stage, her team were also great who assisted with paperwork and updates along the way. If it wasn't for Rachel I am not sure my purchase would of gone through all! It was only because of her experience and pro active approach that a problem was resolved which should of been of been sorted by other side however this was no trouble for Rachel. Excellent company throughout. I have used Talbots Law for the sale of 2 of my properties in Dudley and each time they were very pleasant and very professional. Talbots went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf when we relocated to a rented house in a different city while selling our old home. They helped us when we needed to stay in the rental slightly longer due to the buyer's solicitor causing a delay and ushered things along so that we did not lose the new house we were buying. Incredible service from Aneesah Sheikh. I was under a lot of pressure to get this property sale through as quick as possible. We discussed the urgency of this and Aneesah told me not to worry, she will get this done. And she did!!!Aneesah kept me well informed of progress, via emails and phone call updates. We resolved queries raised by the buyers solicitor in no time (with Aneesah's help and guidance) as well as obtaining historic proof of documentation from my local council (whom I could not get through to). I was recommended to go to the Dudley branch to go through my divorce ...I did and am extremely happy with the service . .the receptionist Wendy was most polite and helpful .i was shown into a room with my dad and we were both asked if we woukd like a drink ..then coffee was brought in on a tray ..John was most informative and helpful and put me at ease ...nothing was too much trouble .Furthermore all my calls were answered or returned and on a couple if occasions Wendy helped me with some emergency photocopying and took care of the post for me .I can highly recommend the Dudley Branch ..it's a pity more people who are satisfied don't post on here rather than ones that complain .thank you both Wendy and John for your service .
