Fantastic Canva workshop with Teresa at Glasdir this week. Teresa is patient and simplifies even the most complex processes. I'm not the most computer savvy person but even I mastered it quickly and easily under Teresa's guidance. I set up my business in early 2014 and Teresa was one of the first people I met. I enrolled myself on a Business Wales course – Social Media for Beginners – in St Asaph, with Teresa as the trainer and I have never looked back since.
If I expected a formal, stuffy class with reams of handouts and mind numbing statistics, then Teresa certainly made me think again. Something clicked for me in this class and I have been slightly addicted to Social Media for Business ever since.
In many ways Teresa is the perfect trainer. She is passionate about marketing and really knows her stuff, and there is no danger of boredom in her classes! She brings the subject to life with her own brand of contagious humour which is the perfect way to bring people together, and share her enthusiasm for such an exciting subject. Teresa makes an excellent trainer and has shown great vision by setting up Glasdir Skills Academy, used by many businesses and individuals across the patch.
Not only does she have a real talent for leading groups and getting results but she performs well in a one to one context advising an individual or a business on how they should approach their marketing. Whilst juggling so many balls in the air she manages to make you feel that she is focussing on just you and really thinking through your individual needs.
Teresa’s leadership skills are clear to see both in the business community and as a leading light on Town Regeneration and Social Development issues. Teresa is an innovator, a creative thinker, a mover and shaker, a facilitator, and is often like a dog with a bone – all to the benefit of the Conwy business community. She believes in small business and the power of people and great marketing to grow companies. Everyone knows Teresa and there is no direction in which she won’t stretch herself to help someone or support a cause that she believes in.
I am grateful to Teresa for the confidence she has brought out in me, the enthusiasm for innovative marketing that she has ignited in me and the way she makes me smile whatever she does.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the difference having a great social media profile can do for a business. I love helping people understand that it doesn't have to be scary, in fact it can be the difference between a business surviving to a business thriving!
I especially love those light bulb moments when I explain how something works and the impact you can make. That makes me very happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of marketing and having a real urge to help as many other businesses as I can.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me if you would like to make a real difference to your online marketing and like working with people you can have fun with. I'm known by some of my clients as the 'Bottom Line Battle Axe' as while I really do make a difference to your bottom line, I'm not known for my softly, softly approach either. That said, I'm a pussy cat really!
