Thank you SO much to Charlotte from Synergy! The level of customer care I received was NEXT LEVEL!! She researched a brand new method of perm to achieve beach waves on long hair and managed to cause absolutely no damage (despite the massive chemical change to my hair) by using Olaplex! She also gave me lots of advice on how to style my new wavy hair which was lovely and super helpful! Tamzin platted my hair on Saturday afternoon, ready for a half marathon run on Sunday. Its was amazing, very comfortable to sleep in, still all in place Sunday morning, I didn't feel my hair move or annoy me once while running even with tipping many water bottles over my head. Back at Synergy for another nanoK plex treatment. Was amazed on how this treatment lasted. After having my wavy hair straighten I was totally taken back how well it lasted after going to a 4day festival in all weathers and little brushing. Love this treatment.

This place is definitely the best salon I've ever been to; I've been to so many in Plymouth and none have compared to this place! The hair stylists are talented and actually do your hair in a way that suites you with amazing results! Charlotte managed to get my hair from red to blonde in one go when I was 15, and I've been going back ever since the only time I strayed from the salon it went completely wrong; Charlotte managed to fix it and bring it back to normal with no trouble at all :) if there's a style you're unsure about or you're having trouble getting the results you expect, definitely go to synergy and they can do it for you, and even better!! On the run up to my wedding Charlotte worked​ with me to get a style that would suit my wedding attire. She also suggested shampoo and conditioners that would be most suited to my hair type to keep it fresh and limiting how dry it gets.

Now my partner is also getting her wedding cut styled with a week to go

Came in with my girls a couple of weeks ago to get our nails and hair done for our university ball. I got my hair done at about 11. 30am and it lasted until I got home at 3am the next morning - and probably would have gone longer!! I absolutely loved my style, you gave me exactly what I was looking for! The nails were a spontaneous decision but I loved them equally as much. Pamper parties are simply the best at synergy!!! It is utter decedance to eat chocolate and drink something sparkly..... ..and then be whisked off to have your eyebrows done lol lol......I felt awesome and my eyebrows looked fab!
