AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I placed an order through their outdated website, but it was never sent out despite the full payment. I confirmed that the bank had made an order again and was told once again that the payment had not gone through despite having the bank payment confirmation
. They then tried to get us to pay further by bank transfer, which we refused.
These items were for a five-year-old child's birthday, and the owner knew that despite that, the said items were now out of stock, ruining the child's party just for his satisfaction and disgraceful behaviour, especially in the current economic climate. He must be doing well to pick and choose his customers.
Avoid disappointment and last-minute letdowns, and go to one of the hundreds of other party supply companies that will gladly serve you properly.
Knowingly ruining a child's birthday party when it's their error is unacceptable.

Great experience, really helpful and he knows his stuff, they delivered our balloons and decorations, chair covers and sashes, they also set the room up for us, this is brilliant and took a lot of stress off me would defo recommend and go again

I can honestly say that we are never rude to any of our customers.Our prices are competitive in line with other party shops and we are sorry that we cannot compete with ebay but we do keep quality items at reasonable prices. Used this place a few times. The guy is really helpful and tries his best to get me what I need or something very similar (I've had a few fancy dress parties over the past couple of years and always go here for my accessories) he's also got a good selection of balloons decorations I'm very indecisive but he suggests good ways and ideas with the end result looking fabulous! Will definitely go there again

Used swinnertons to provide balloons and a banner for my husbands 50th birthday party. Service was superb from start to finish. The man in the shop Jas was extremely helpful in helping me choose what I wanted by giving me various suggestions of what he could provide nothing was too much trouble for him. On the day of the party he came with his son and set up all the balloons and the banner at the venue at no extra cost.
