The job has been taken by swift. But has not yet been resolved. But from the dealings currently i am happy with what they have provided.

Sonya from the Swift Team was really helpful and answered all of my questions. They will be able to take on my case on a no win, no fee basis. Rip off do not use this company
I have been waiting for 9 months for this company to recover a small dept with a high court writ. They haven’t got a clue and treat you like a criminal, the worst Customer Service I have ever known. Over 100 phone calls and 30 emails. Marie and the Managing Director Richard are awful to deal with. Check the small print they hide behind it all the time you end up paying for everything. Dear Client We refer to your review and in the interests of clarity and fairness, reply as follows. Our agents attended the debtors premises where a vehicle valued at circa 3k was seized in accordance with the writ. The vehicle was subsequently sold at auction for less than the CCJ amount which can happen occasionally. Once we have extracted our fees the remaining balance will be remitted to you under the terms of our agreement and we will continue with further visits as the High Court Writ remains live for 12 months. Your review therefore is factually incorrect and somewhat premature. Regards Swift Resolution

We are just running through everything at the moment, however first class response and action to date, they understood the issues and are acting accordingly.

Great communication and very helpful so far. My case is being dealt with currently.

I was unsure as to what to do. Swift Resolution went through the procedure with me, and required relevant information. This has been submitted, and is on going.

Swift are currently trying to recover my debt. They keep me informed every step of the way. They are very helpful.

Swift Resolution have acted with profound professionalism and immediately took action. The Account Manager is very methodical.

Swift seem to be working hard to recover a sizeable amount of money for me. Many steps have been taken by Swift to effect a satisfactory outcome. The case is on going.
