Our objective is to fill your property within 4 weeks of having it on our books and we market your house on the same day you instruct us to. We wish to provide you with the up-most service and as such we have a number of pre-qualified employed professionals on our books that are looking for properties to rent specifically within Mansfield and surrounding areas in Nottinghamshire. All of our clientele that are registered with us are in a great financial position and are looking for homes to move into immediately. This is a great opportunity for landlords and landladies as we can easily market your properties to reliable tenants, allowing you to avoid any lengthy vacant period. Furthermore, we are willing to promote properties on a no-let no-fee basis, meaning it wouldn’t cost landlords or landladies a penny for us to review the properties, take images and find you a tenant though our advertising campaigns.

Our Guarantee is:
• 10% Charges on rental incomes (6% for 2 or more properties).
• One off fee of £100 for the setting up/instruction costs.
• 3 monthly checks/inspections on all of our properties, with no further costs to you.
