I had used sweeply last year every few weeks for a few hours to clean my apartment, cleaning was ok the cleaner was perfectly nice and cleaned well.
Their customer service is not great, and has become worse I have been calling from the begging of the year and for 2 weeks got not response or call back. When I did I was told they will inform me when someone can come with no indication that it would take long. Called 1.5 weeks later as I got not response and the person said that they are still fully booked and could not tell me when they could be available, and reacted as me waiting for a call back after 1.5 weeks wasn't logical.

The standards and efficiency were amazing, right from the first visit. We've since increased the frequency of our cleans and are seriously considering increasing again in the future.
