STC have just finished transforming our tiny stand alone toilet and very narrow seperate bathroom into a large family bathroom. The works involved knocking down a dividing wall and an airing cupboard. STC have done an amazing job and we cannot speak highly enough of all the builders and of their workmanship. The works started on the date we were given and didn’t stop till the finish of the bathroom work. Everyone involved was punctual and reliable throughout. Debris was tidied up at the end of every day whilst leaving the facilities usuable overnight. All the work was completed to the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble, all our little extra requests as we went along were never an issue. I would highly recommend STC and would not hesitate to use them again if we needed any work done. Where the walls and cupboard were knocked down, a new wall and doorway were constructed, primed and painted leaving just the hall ready to decorate. Thanks to Steve for his planning and support choosing tiles/ flooring etc and many special thanks to Andy for his expertise in bathroom installation and to Woody and John for all their hard work too and for putting in all the finishing touches. Not forgetting our thanks to Martin who installed the boiler and to the plasterer and electrician too!! All were very professional and worked seamlessly around each other as one big team. We recently had an en - suite bathroom fitted by Mindy from STC .Exemplary quality workmanship.Very happy with our new en-suite that we decided we would have our main bathroom fitted by them as well , and we are pleased to know that Mindy will be doing this work .

I would give STC 6 stars if I could. We asked Steve to completely gut and refit two bathrooms and one cloakroom. The original estimate was not only substantially cheaper than the local competition but was also very detailed with a room-by-room breakdown. The final invoice came exactly on estimate. We had to book several months ahead, and the works started and finished on the dates we agreed. The STC team have recently completed a substantial refurbishment in my daughter’s property which comprised a new Kitchen, Bathroom and Downstairs cloakroom. The entire team have been very professional from start to finish including design, procurement and fitting. The fit took just under five weeks with a number of teams working on the project. The finishing is to a very high standard and the pricing reasonable given the work involved. We would strongly recommend Steve and his team, it is always unnerving to contemplate a project of this size but they have been great from start to finish. More...
