An ad on Instagram (!) advertising a range of education options as per the CMI/IoC's curriculum. This ad prompted me to contact, and then engage SBS. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and efficient setup of my student virtual space so that I could progress with my studies. Monica from Support patiently took me through a somewhat steep learning curve associated with my trying to figure out the approach, process, results of my studies. Monica was awesome, sweet, and polite, and in all situations, highly professional in her promptly addressing my requirements.Carla quickly took care of a couple of issues arising from my work-related interruption, helping me in progressing with my studies in an efficient manner and avoid course interruption. The team of mentors SBS is using is fantastic, with every mentor taking care of reviewing my work in an expeditious manner even during the weekends. I'm a Tutor with the Sussex Business School. I very much enjoy witnessing and supporting the growth of our students. How their progression increases their confidence to apply new behaviours in the workplace and they leave recalling with a positive experience are my personal highlights.
From another view point, I am also a former CMI Level 5 & 7 student who used the progression of these two courses to enhance my own career prospects. Completion of these permitted entry to an MBA. The confidence I gained from these courses, my development and the tutor who's advice was critical, he remains a very good friend and mentor, are my stand out moments as a student.
My background isn't traditional by any means and I am a late developer to formal development; and I'm happy to state the Sussex Business School's approach will support a student's development path to achieving greater things. I'm absolutely certain students will leave with an increase in confidence and greater awareness.
