I am a UKCP and UKRC Registered Psychotherapist and BACP Senior Registered Counsellor and am based three miles west of Tunbridge Wells. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups for over twenty five years. I have worked as a therapist for over twenty five years and engage in long, medium and short term work using a range of psychological models and theories including TA, Person Centred and EMDR . My work is also influenced by Psychodynamic theory. I am also a qualified supervisor of counsellors and trainee psychotherapists

I have trained counsellors within various training establishments including the University of Kent at Canterbury.

My special interest lies in how people form relationships both with themselves and others

I believe that everybody has the right to experience the best of health and well being that is possible for them, and that if they are offered an environment where they feel safe, comfortable and respected they will tend to realise their own potential.

I practice psychotherapy because I believe that our emotional health profoundly affects our mental and physical well-being and quality of life.
