We have used a couple other care agencies to look after our mum who has dementia but until we found surecare we didn’t realise what a difference a good care company could make to my mum and the family. They are efficient, professional, caring, approachable, communicative…. I could go on. My mum is now receiving palliative care and we could not handle this as a family without them. Exceptional support from an exceptional team.Surecare have been supporting my mum who has complex medical needs. If it was Not for their support mum would be surviving in a carehome. Each member of the team has been trained to a very high level, however they also have the empathy and kindness too!!!! I have quite a few years worth of experience with sourcing of care providers. Many of the agencies have a highstaff turn around, Surecare appear to retain their staff therefore not only is the agency superb with their clients they evidently support their staff very well too. Surecare High Wycombe are most certainly a cut above the other agencies in the area. They listen to their end user and ensure that their needs are well and truly met.
