I have an Exercise Science Degree. I have racing and training for over 30 years. Working out is suppose to be fun and challenging. There is so much we can do to get in shape. I like variety a lot. Using a gym is great , but home training works also.
My job is to help you reach your personal and fitness goals.

I'm going with a 4 star rating based on my one experience, but really I don't feel it's fair for me to rate this place based on my first visit. I didn't experience the club's services since we went to a private event that was organized by our friends, so everything was done well by them. Even the food was catered by an outside vendor so can't rate the food either. So this rating is only for the hall and the grounds I was able to see. More...

I don't know the details, but my kids had their junior prom there Sat. 4/7/18 and when I picked them up close to midnight they were tired.
When I asked them they told me it was good. Anyway, I would go ahead and say they had a great time with their peers and it went off pretty smooth as hoped.
Let me now slap them with five shiny ones. Cheers!

Went 2 times with a friend and used the daycare once. Great gym and enjoyed the classes they offered. I've decided I'm looking for a weight class with accountability and they offer, this but not enough during the week at times I need, so trying another place out. But very much liked this facility.
