Very pleased. I needed an urgent redec to my entire house and Sue couldn't have been more helpful. During her quote we talked through everything that was needed and why. She explained everything clearly but without pressure and only suggested works that were needed for an excellent finish. The quote was fair and there were no hidden extras that we hadn't discussed and this was also true with the final bill. Although busy Sue (understanding our situation) I felt, went that extra mile to fit the work in urgently. The team worked cleanly and tidily and have done a beautiful job.
