How long have you been in business?
The business has been in formation for 2 years now, originally work was undertaken to boost my main full time role within the industry working for larger companies. Since March 2019 i decided to resign from my role and fully comit to the business.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Substr8 Ltd, make it our priority to provide clarity and advice on the service offered and work in collaboration with our clients until they are happy with the work produced. We also offer a defects period upon completion of the project where any problems within a specified time frame (dependent on service undertaken) are rectified free of charge.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and been able to bring someones dream to reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent 16 years working for larger industry firms, I felt as though the personal service and client satisfactions plays second to that of making profit, I eventually got sick of this corporate attitude.
