Hi it's Sandra,Paul's girlfriend. Just wanted to say how brilliant you were in looking after us again Paul(manager)on Sat 3rd August at the Hospitality Warm Up. Our day didn't go so well as on the previous visit but that was down to an ill choice of who we had with us but you made sure we were OK from start to finish. Having an invisible illness isn't easy as it's not obvious to everyone but you made sure that our time spent was made as straight forward and fuss free as possible. I'm really sorry to hear you're leaving and wish you the best in whatever you go on to do from here. The venue won't be the same without your friendly face and attention to detail so once again,thank you for everything you did for us. I would like to also thank you Stacey for organising everything on the phone and Tasha in the medic tent is so patient and kind all of the time and this is so much appreciated. We had the honour of going for the first time to this wonderful venue around a month ago, for an Ibiza night (on Saturday the 20th of July). Based on how the night was, the prices, the sound quality and the small capacity of toilets, I would give 4 out of 5 stars, but what makes me really give the full 5 stars is the GREAT and SUPER IMPORTANT help from the girl that was taking care of the medical support, on a side of the outside area... I already forgot her name by now, but she took proper care of a friend that felt ill really badly and she was a huge help for us to make sure my friend was actually out of pain. She got everything under control and took care of him like if it was the best hospital. Thanks to her my friend ended up OK and out of danger. Alicia, maybe? Whatever, I forgot your name but I'm sure they know who you are: THANK YOU! And best of luck on your career! I wish you the best! More...
