My Daughter had a party on Saturday night, we were looking for a catering company to supply the finger buffet, and a friend recommended Stratton Catering and Equipment Hire Services. Patrick and Anne-Marie could not have been any more helpful. They took all the stress and worry away, and supplied a great finger buffet. Tables, plates , napkins all came with the buffet including white crisp linen table cloths, we were very impressed with the service, nothing was too much trouble. we would certainly use them again and also recommend the service they provide. We used this company last year for a charity event. The percolator we received was very battered and fused the electricty in the house an hour before 80 people were due to arrive and the owner could not be contacted by phone or email. They were then very tardy in collecting the percolator and refunding the cash. Nightmare. More...

I didn't want my experience with this company to come to this point but... we ordered table and chairs for a 21st party in May 2015. The chairs which were delivered were shoddy to say the least, with ripped seats and many of them missing the plastic feet on the legs so we had to wrap them in packing tape to prevent them scratching the floor.I rang and complained and Patrick the owner very kindly offered a refund for the chairs which despite me chasing and chasing has never materialised. Last week he said the cheque was in the post ( poor excuse) , then he offered to transfer the refund but of course nothing has transpired from that.So my sumary is awful standard of equipment and even worse customer service.
