What do you love most about your job?
I think the best thing about our job is the vast array of people we meet and places we get to go, each day is different, often presenting new challenges that push us to do better and be better.
We work with several different architects and designers, so we get to see the "behind the scenes" of fantastic projects as they develop, it makes us appreciate the finished result that much more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 10 years in various different sales and customer services roles, from general retail to business to business technical sales and planning through to high end bespoke projects, I decided to take a chance on myself and make my dream of owning my own business a reality. No regrets so far!
Why should our clients choose you?
The Fireplace industry is often a bewildering place to be, there is a multitude of conflicting rules and regulations, most of which finish by saying their rules are superseded by some other rule or that there are exceptions to this because of that.
Customers who enter the market full of excitement at the thought of buying their first wood burning stove can quickly be bogged down with things that make the whole process a lot less fun.
At Stove Style, we start every project by understanding what our customer would ultimately like to ACHIEVE, we then undertake a home visit to establish what is POSSIBLE. After this we submit our proposal to our customer based on the reality of their vision.
Ultimately, we make it as simple and as straight forward as we can for our customers.
