The team at Stevens Property Management have helped get on top of a backlog of maintenance issues that had built up before the residents' management company was formed for our building of 8 flats. Often the issues have not been straight forward but Stevens have been very helpful in assisting with their resolution, and they have always be courteous and professional despite having to manage some difficult situations. An efficient friendly committed local team who visit and walk around our property weekly when we are absent. This meets our needs for peace of mind and our home insurers demands for regular inspection. Our experience when the boiler failed was that they called in an engineer immediately to service and restart it, similarly a glazier to replace a broken front window pane. They record their visits and any findings, address any issues and sign off and communicate those weekly.
