Went for a boxing lesson and enjoyed every moment, great atmosphere and the trainers are so polite and know exactly what they are doing, would highly recommend anyone to go here for boxing or just to keep fit

Trained at a lot of boxing gyms locally and this has to be the best one I have been to so far. Great gym and people, Bendall is a top guy and his fighters and PT are very welcoming.

A great no-nonsense boxing and fitness gym with a very friendly atmosphere catering for all ages and abilities. Steve is very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. There is all the boxing equipment you need to get you going (punchbags, gloves, hand wraps, skipping ropes and a ring) as well as a nice selection of free weights and machines.Various classes are also on offer.It only costs £3 to train for as long as you want!
