AWFUL SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
She charged me 620£ for cleaning the house after the extension (4bedrooms) She said it is for 3 people full day job and on a day one person turned up at 3:45 pm and left at 8pm and herself turned up at 5 pm and left at 9:30pm.
When I said I am not happy as kitchen inits are still dusty as well as floors, she raised her voice and telling me I am just a difficult person.
I paid her 2 weeks in advance in full (MY MISTAKE) and a week before the agreeing date I asked if possible to move the cleaning date as our builder couldn’t finished ontime. She agreed and a day before the cleaning date I asked her when she likes to collect the key and she said can I come in the afternoon then she was blaming me for changing dates while she agreed+ she asked to do it in the afternoon. I asked to have some money back as she didn’t do the job we agreed and she just left!
