Really came up trumps, making us wonderful boxes of utterly yummy cupcakes for a good friends charity coffee morning.

7/4/18 - so tonight we had Chicken Chasseur with Lyonnaise potato followed by Vanilla Mousse and Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream. Totally fabulous.

Lucky enough to have won a free home delivered meal for two tonight and even luckier to have had the vegetarian one catered for as well. Absolutely stunning food all round with a sticky toffee pudding and caramel sauce that’s up there with the best we’ve ever had and we’ve had a few as it’s our pudding of choice!! We have a good local reputation for our desserts including ice creams and sorbets
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
If the client lives locally we try and have a meeting and access the venues facilities on offer.
We can tailor make a menu for them then.
What do you love most about your job?
Putting smiles on peoples faces

What inspired you to start your own business?
Ran hotel kitchens for 12 years.
Then wanted to revive customer care that is somewhat lacking now sometimes.
So ran my own bakery for 9 years before returning to cheffing
