What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to feel better and cope more confidently with the challenges life brings to all of us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to work for myself so I could help the people who come to me for as long as they need it. Working within a company, usually means there are time limits on the work (6-12 sessions) and I don’t think that all clients can be expected to work within those limits.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am empathic, compassionate & non-judgemental, and I will challenge thought processes where appropriate to help my clients. My aim is to listen & understand, then assist you in altering unhelpful patterns to alleviate your emotional distress and work toward making the changes you want.
