What do you love most about your job?
I can create, feed and satisfy. I enjoy the entire process from start to finish - food is something that we all have, but I find turning the mundane nature of everyday eating into a celebration rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my daughter was born I wanted to spend time with her so I took a sabbatical. I had freelanced in the Netherlands a couple of years ago, and I decided to return to it so I could.spend more time with my family without sacrificing my high standard of cuisine.

I listen to what the client wants and though I will offer ideas, I understand it is not just my reputation on the line, but also my clients.
