We are very pleased with the Speclean team. We've been using their weekly cleaning and ironing service for over 2 years now. We've been trying out different options for a long time, but struggled to find a housekeeper/service that doesn't make things our problem. The Speclean office and quote was very professional from the start and although we weren't happy with one cleaner they accommodated our requests very promptly. The housekeeper is still working according to the routine they suggested and it works perfectly for our busy family life. The cleaner is very polite and presentable. I tried another company after using Speclean for years for housekeeping. It's been a few weeks after our new cleaners started, and as I suspected, although they were a lot cheaper, they were not as good as my last cleaner from Speclean (and other cleaners who you have sent in previous years! ). So I’m back with Speclean and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with my cleaners and the ladies in the office.
