I found myself becoming very inconsistent with the gym/ workouts in general and heard about the SPPT 30 day trial. I didn’t have a plan post the trial but found myself really back on track with my workouts and really enjoying them- even after an exhausting work day. The best thing about SPPT is; the trainers are very good at what they do disciplined in their role, friendly atmosphere, the session breakdown means you have to train consistently each week, the other members are super friendly and encouraging, your workouts are still fairly private. Ive been going to SPPT for three months and I'm so happy with my results so far. I would go to my previous gym at peak time, not be able to do anything I had planned and lose all motivation. At SPPT you really get the get the most from your time there and they always keep the workouts interesting. If your like me and you get bored of training on your own at the mainstream gyms then take a look here. The setup and structure is really clever. Everybody here is really nice, super supportive and build you up gradually to where you want to be. They have a great gym set up, easy to book sessions through their app and the friendliest trainers you’ll meet. Plus they’re great at what they do. I joined Sppt about 8 months ago with the goal of toning up ready for my wedding and get into a routine of fitness that I would stick to. I found gyms scary places and the people used to cringe me out. But at sppt because you are working alongside other clients you get to know each other and encourage each other along instead of feeling like the black sheep at the gym. But above all I love the instructors who understand the importance of customer service and actually really care about us and take an interest in each of us. Sean and his team are fabulous in delivering a service that when you leave the gym you have a smile on your face with a yummy smoothie in your hand. I like how the instructors are continuing to improve my techniques in lifting weights and exercises and they give me the confidence to push myself further than if I was on my own in the gym. My plan was to only carry on at sppt until the wedding but I’ve found myself not ready to leave and wanting to continue at sppt. More...

Sppt sppt where have you been all my life ‘YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST’ Wondering why I saying this - Sppt is the best gym out there by far,I have trained at a lot of gyms and taught at a lot and this is the only place I feel so at home to train. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are out of this world. Top class. Here’s my story to how, My best friend tells me about a gym he goes to and how it’s the best gym he’s ever been too. We have all heard this before and little did I know Most of you know I Am a dancer,dance teacher and fitness instructor but My body was so use to dancing and I also had a baby. Baby weight is so so so hard to get rid off I was so upset, fed up and getting very depressed about how I looked and felt. I needed a change and needed to do something about it. So why join this gym you ask My best friend shared sppt 30 day trial and I thought why not give it ago. Nothing was shifting this baby weight and I wanted to get back to the size I was. I also just wanted to feel like me again. I did think, what can they show me I don’t already know. Boy was I wrong . They blow me away and still do to this day. I learnt so much in that first day/week than I had in any gym. The trainers are amazing. They have taught and shown me so much. The 30 day trial was coming to an end and I really didn’t want to give up. Yes it was expensive to join but is so worth it. Just from the trail, I had lost all my baby weight, toned up, eating health, watching my nutrition. Wow is what I said too. I was amazed and couldn’t stopped my Journey there. I really look forward to going to classes. Makes you feel so much better about yourself and it’s all thanks to sppt. They truly are amazing at what they do. They really care about every single one of us and put all their time and effort into getting the best out of us. This is down to having small pt classes and helping us with nutrition, training. I can't recommend SP-PT highly enough. I've been a member for over a year and am more than 2 stone lighter and stronger than I've ever been. I have never stuck with a gym for as long as this and that is down to Sean and his team who are very supportive and encouraging (although they don't allow any slacking!) The members are also very supportive of each other - this has to be the friendliest gym on the planet! It is also the least intimidating. Because of the structure nobody is in the gym working out unless under the supervision of one of the PTs. Although there may be 4 people in a group the trainers always work very hard to make sure that each exercise is tailored to each member, ensuring that you are stretched but setting you achievable goals. They also regularly contact you to ask how you're doing, whether you are having any problems and how they can help. No it isn't the cheapest gym in town but price up 8 personal training sessions and a few classes a month and it's a bargain. There is not a moment wasted and if you don't see results it's not down to lack of effort on SP-PT's part. More...

I have been training at SPPT for nearly a year and I can honestly say that SPPT is amazing #FACT I have trained at many gyms over the years and had personal trainers and SPPT is the only place that has given me results, I now have lost 2 stone and I actually know what I am doing in the gym, they have given me the tools to work out to my full potential and motivate me to work hard SPPT is not just a gym and not just a place to go and work out, its a community of lovely people who all help and push each other, Sean, Ciaran, George and Matt are not only personal trainers they are also friends they make you feel so confident and provide the best gym I have ever seen What SPPT has done for people is amazing

I have been training with SPPT since July2018 and have seen massive progress since day 1 interms of health and fitness. For a person like me who struggles to loose even a kilo despite training hard, I have lost inches, my health has improved and I feel confident in my body. Having tried many gyms and personal trainers in the past, I was hesitant to give SPPT a try. But believe me they are not regular personal trainers , they are SPECIALIST personal trainers who are knowledgeable and put in a lot of effort to help get the clients desired result. I regret not finding SPPT earlier! Though the center is busy, trainers give individual attention to each one of us in teaching right techniques. Some times it's easy to fall off the wagon but trainers don't let that happen. They are constantly in touch with each individual to check on progress. Thanks to Ciaran who regularly follows up with me and gives guidance when needed. Thanks to all the trainers who are so supportive. Now, even my husband who never went to a gym before has enrolled himself to SPPT after seeing me being so enthusiastic about training and he is loving it. It has taken me a while to write this review, partly due to a busy schedule but moreover it’s important that I do it justice. You see, having been a member of various gyms as well as having various personal trainers over the years my experience at SPPT has been unparalleled. They have found a unique formula that is very hard to define and breakdown - it simply works. Being a larger guy I have always had a air of self-conscious about working out in gyms and in front of other ‘fitter’ people. This barrier doesn’t exist at SPPT. From the first induction session with Sean, to all the Better Body Project sessions with Ciaran, Matt and George as well as having Ciaran overseeing the progress I’ve made, I have felt welcome and that everyone is invested in my success. I recall that when I was first introduced to the gym without having met Ciaran he knew me by name and it’s this attention to detail that is evident in everything they do. This extends to activity outside of the gym too monitoring each aspect of your lifestyle (nutrition; exercise etc) to ensure that the realistic goals set are, in my personal experience, not only achieved but significantly surpassed. This commitment to an individuals health and well-being is both genuine and sincere extending through into the on-site sessions where progression at your own pace is encourage, but you are pushed to achieve your best in measured and enjoyable way. Whilst each trainer is different, they are all equally as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable which enables your experience to be consistent, a key factor in achieving your goals. SPPT also embraces technology, using MyZone to monitor your vitals during each session where points are generated for your effort. This simple, yet effective, tool provides a real-time snapshot of the effort you are putting into a session so that you can adjust this accordingly ensuring you meet your individual goals.The other factor that sets SPPT apart from all other gym is that all of the above combined fosters a community feel amongst members. Working out with other people, some who you may not have met, is not daunting at all. I was recommended to SPPT by my best friend who in tern was recommend by another friend, but you quickly make friends with all members. The support received from the trainers extends through the members and is evident in the Facebook group, MyZone app, outside group activities and the encouragement received in sessions. I can’t emphasise enough how much SPPT has changed my life - both in getting me healthier and from the friendships gained. This removes all fear of doing activities I never thought I would (boxing; Bootcamp) which I enjoy and look forward to each week. SPPT has completely changed my outlook on working out and doing exercise. Whereas before i would dip in and out of gym memberships, turn up and put half an effort in on my own without really knowing what i was doing or working towards and not having the confidence to use certain equipment for the fear of not using it right. Since joining i have noticed huge results, pushed myself further than i thought i ever would and feel great for it and feel a lot more confident. Its had a positive impact on all walks of life. The most important thing is that its enjoyable, the coaches and all the members make the environment a great place to be, so much so from not being a morning person at all I'm now jumping out of bed at 5.30am to get down there. Its more than just a gym, its a community. The resources given to you make it that bit more personal and help you achieve your goals with check ins and always being available for any questions about nutrition or workouts. The team are always looking to improve things for the members and you’re not just seen as a customer/product, they enjoy seeing you achieve your results just as much as you do! I walked into SPPT 5 months ago having never trained or stepped foot in a gym before, and I haven’t wanted to leave since. I’ve gone from not being able to do a body weight squat or a press up on my induction day to now squatting 50kg, deadlifting more than my own body weight, 15 (proper) press ups in a minute and training without fail 3 times a week. I love training with all of the guys there and have never felt better about myself. George, Matt, Ciaran and Sean encourage me to push myself every time I’m with them, helping me set goals and ensuring I exceed them. Physically and mentally SPPT has completely changed me. I have been a member of SPPT since July last year and it’s the best decision I have made. I’ve been a member of most the gyms in Crawley at some stage over the years as well as different fitness clubs but I’ve always lost interest. I use to stay away from the weights and feel very self conscious. I now love the weights. All the PT's are brilliant, they are always on hand to help if you need it. The BBP sessions are a max of 4 people to 1 PT, having someone at every session to push you to do your best is fantastic and definitely makes all the difference. The other members are all also lovely and make the sessions fun and enjoyable. Bootcamp on a Saturday morning is one if my favourite sessions I’ve lost kilos, dropped almost 2 dress sizes but more importantly I feel confident in myself again. I'm training for the London to Brighton bike ride at the moment and my cycling has improved massively! I am so glad I came across SPPT and don’t plan on leaving any time soon! I have been training with the SPPT team for over a year and what I have achieved with help, support, encouragement of everyone Sean, Ciaran, Matt and George would have been unthinkable for me previously meeting these amazing, knowledgeable, enthusiastic people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was recommended SPPT back in May 2018 by a friend who was extremely happy with her progress and achievements. After months of moaning and going to classes at my gym and seeing minimal changes I decided to do the trial at SPPT, and I haven’t looked back since! I suffered quite badly with gym anxiety, I hid at the back in gym classes and avoided the weight areas in the gym, mainly because I had no clue in what I was doing! My confidence has gone from strength to strength and don’t suffer with the anxiety anymore. My ultimate goal was to be able to go on holiday and be able to walk around with my top off and not feel ashamed of my body! I have seen so many improvements in my body to the point where I no longer have that feeling of being ashamed. Everyone at SPPT has a goal and is so so supportive of each other, the team at SPPT push you and you can tell that this isn’t just a job, your fitness and wellbeing is their passion! This makes it a very different experience because it motivates you more! They want the best for you and are so encouraging. I can honestly say, joining SPPT is one of the best decisions I have ever made. A huge thank you to all the trainers and the people I have met, for all the support and encouragement I have received since joining 5 months ago. Before signing up to SPPT, I had been the same weight/size for the last 10yrs despite 'dieting' and running 3x a week. I couldn't understand why I wasn't changing and was completely oblivious to this whole other amazing world of personal training. Training at SPPT, has allowed me to learn so much about exercise and nutrition, but also about myself. The PT coaches are very knowledgeable, patient and positively motivating. They have supported me right from day one, to help me sustainably achieve my goals, which are realistically challenging. The physical changes have been great. I have already lost kgs, dropped a dress size and improved my cardio fitness My confidence and belief in myself has also significantly improved and I have achieved things, I didn't even know my body was capable in achieving! I have been training with SPPT for over 3 years and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made - I would recommend them to absolutely everyone! SPPT is far from your usual gym. You can see your membership being constantly invested back into the gym and the facilities are always evolving. There is a real sense of family and everyone is there to support and encourage each other to achieve their goals. The trainers are all so motivational and they are always on hand to provide support, going out of their way to make training enjoyable and help you achieve your goals. So, i said i’d leave a review of SP-PT once i’d finished my trial period only in case it wasn’t working for me, however 3 weeks in and I have no qualms about leaving a review already, nothing is going to change in the next week to alter my views. BBP - The Better Body Project gives you access to 3 sessions a week, instructor led, with no more than 4 people per class. I can’t speak highly enough of these. Every class combines resistance training, cardio and core work without fail. You’re never left waiting for equipment, the gym is only composed of those doing the classes and everyone is encouraging and enthusiastic.One thing i’ve found to be really useful is all the thinking is taken out of my gym-work. I know i just turn up, and the programme is there, ready to hit whatever muscle group is needed. It also means you don’t get to skip leg-day, which is always a temptation.On top of BBP are the group classes which are usually around 10 people max. Again, these are hard work, but enjoyable.The team keeps track of your nutrition and gives you a nudge when you need it to maybe recalibrate on what you’re doing. It’s a minor thing but it makes a differencePrice: There is no point trying to get away from the fact it’s more than normal gyms, but that added cost is 100% value for money.I generally spend £60-£70/month on gym membership, use it about once or twice a month (if that) and tend to go there with no plan whatsoever.At SP-PT, I’ve been there for 3 weeks, and i’ve hit 14 classes in total. I ended up being there once every 12 hours for 3 days on the trot.In the first 2 weeks, the fact you spend more, means you can’t justify not missing a class. The 3rd week, you don’t want to miss a class, in fact you want to get more in.Finally, the thing you get that you don’t with other gyms is a sense of community, you see the same faces, you work together, you get to know people, and the team put on group eventsSo…..2 weeks in and i had 2” off my waist, dropped 1.3kg, body fat to below 20% and i’m hoping for further increased results for my weigh in on Monday, consider me a full blown convert to this new way of training. I've been with SPPT for nearly 6 months and I have enjoyed every minute. Well not entirely every minute when I'm busting a gut on the skier or bike, BUT what a feeling after you've completed the work out, you feel awesome!  The trainers are all great. They really know what they're doing, cater for your individual needs and look after you. Plus they push you to achieve your full potential every time.I look forward to going to my sessions which is not something I can say about any previous gyms. But this is not any normal gym, it really it something unique thanks to Sean's vision, constant improvements and ideas, great structure of sessions and the great team providing them. Plus everyone that goes to the sessions are equally supportive and friendly regardless of your ability or background.Since joining SPPT I have lost weight, dropped inches and am toning up. I have gained confidence after having children, have more energy and I am stronger. I hadn't done exercise properly for probably 9 years, apart from a few gym visits and jogs here and there but you would never know.If you're not sure if it's right for you, just try it. I must admit I had my doubts before signing up for the trial, but I'm so glad I did it! I've been a member of SPPT for coming up to year, and I cannot say a bad word about it! The PTs are brilliant - not only do they know everyone's names, they remember where you are progress wise, if you have any injuries etc. They're also really friendly and helpful, and always up for a laugh. The other members are also really helpful and friendly - no one is there to compare themselves to you or make you feel like you shouldn't be there. We're all there to improve ourselves and are one big happy SPPT team. If you only join one gym, make is SPPT. You honestly will not regret it! More...

Would I recommend SPPT? HELL YES!! I have been training with Matt for a few years on and off, have never really given the gym my all, always had excuses, never had enough time. When Matt said he wouldn’t be doing 1-2-1 sessions anymore I thought what am I going to do now? I’m the sort of person that hates the gym and people looking at me thinking I’m not good enough and was really worried about BBP being my only option. I took the plunge back in August and loved it, everyone is so supportive and encouraging in all aspects of training. I have never been a gym lover or ever pushed myself but SPPT has changed that especially in the last 6 weeks I have really put myself out there and tried harder and tried to get a hold of my diet with the help of the team. I would recommend SPPT in a heartbeat. Having been with them for three months now their expert service really is second to none. As someone with a busy schedule I have always been a person full of excuses, ‘I’m too busy/tired’ - a personal favourite, I needed that element of accountability and that’s exactly what I got. The trainers offer a service that is personable, encouraging and as they very rightly brand themselves - specialist. From nutritional guidance to sessions that make you eager to beat personal bests, smash goals and push yourself, BBP sessions are something that you need to experience to understand. Before starting my journey at SPPT in November 2018, I thought I was 'of average fitness'. I would usually run 5k three times a week and eat what I thought was a 'healthy diet'. Despite this, I remained the same weight and size for the last 6 years, so I reviewed SPPT and had a positive chat with Sean - then decided to give personal training a go :-)After completing my first week at SPPT, I was shocked at how much I didn't know about exercise and nutrition! All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I was nervous about lifting weights, as this is something I have never done before, but the trainers are patient, ensuring you complete the correct techniques, to enable you to safely maximise your potential.The trainers are approachable and will happily give you advice with nutrition, fitness and setting goals. You are assigned a designated coach, who you can go to for specific questions and ensure you are keeping on track with achieving your goals, which has been very useful.With their knowledge and motivation, I have been reaching new 'personal bests' frequently and in the short 10 weeks I have been there so far, I have lost weight, inches around my waist and reduced my body fat. It has also positively impacted me psychologically and I really look forward to attending the sessions.The training environment is a really good, clean place to work out. All the equipment you need is available, as well as toilets, a shower and easy on-site parking.You get out what you put in. It requires your effort with the exercise and nutrition to see the results. I only wish I found SPPT sooner and would recommend anyone who is serious with wanting to achieve a new level of fitness, to sign up! I have been with SPPT for several years and it has changed my life and body. I’m much fitter and toned and can still have the lifestyle I enjoy. All the trainers are good and have a personal touch what I find most impressive is that they cater for all needs. I’ve been training with SPPT for almost 3 months now and I’m just gutted I didn’t sign up earlier. Whatever your goal is, SPPT work hard to accommodate your needs. After just a couple of weeks of training, my confidence was back and I was attending social events that I had previously avoided. This Christmas the benefits of training with SPPT really shone through. Receiving clothes in a smaller size and no awkward moments as they actually fit. The atmosphere at SPPT is always amazing, they never fail to make me laugh whilst making sure I train to the best of my ability. I hated exercising before but now I look forward to every session. Even after a long day at work, the guys at SPPT along with the unique workouts and Myzone facility make every session count! No extreme diets has given me the results that SPPT has. With the New Year fast approaching, I know my 2019 goals will become a reality with SPPT, something which I would never be able to say with any other gym! More...

if you’re thinking of joining a gym, then I cannot recommend SPPT enough! I’ve been a member since May 2018 doing there Better body Project and honestly haven’t regretted joining since! SPPT is different to other ‘box standard’ gyms, you don’t just sign up, pay your money then get forgotten about, you’re not just a face at the gym, you become part of a team where everyone has similar goals, with no grunting Gary’s or machine hoggers, just people wanting to either get fit and or just better themselves, with plans designed specifically to you, in a friendly environment with top notch equipment/technology.what really makes SPPT though are the trainers, they’re brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly (for me anyway) very motivational. I was a gym novice who to be honest couldn’t bicep curl a bag of sugar let alone barbell squat my own body weight but that’s all changed now, thanks to the team.There so much diversity from the bootcamps to the F.I.T classes and then there’s the Better Body Project, where the classes never get boring or mundane, they’re constantly mixing them up so different muscle groups get hit, results really do speak for themselves.Honestly there’s a reason why everyone gives a 5* review, that’s becuase this gym far out performs others. I’ve been with SPPT for the last 3 months and I can’t understand why I didn’t start sooner. I’ve lost 9 KG, built muscle and gained so much confidence. The trainers are incredible and some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, they couldn’t do any more for you. Before I started, I’ll admit I was nervous but that changed within minutes. I’ve never looked forward to going to the gym, let alone going twice in one day but SPPT has changed that. Usually I’d look for any excuse not to go but choosing to get up at 5.30 on a day off is worth it. Working shifts I assumed it would be really awkward to fit time in to go but they are open early till late and are always accommodating. More...

Before coming to SPPT, I joined a gym in Crawley and would find any excuse not to go. When I did go, I’d walk over to the free weights, have no idea what I was doing and get stared down by the swarms of weight lifters. I’ve been at SPPT for 2 months now and lost 16 lb’s in that time. The routines really are a full body workout and the help I’ve received from the trainers is what I needed. The classes are for all shapes, sizes, ages and skills. I now look forward to going to the gym and feel less lethargic and more full of energy throughout the day. The guys here are helpful, motivating and genuinely care about their clients. They will always help get your technique nailed down. I posted a first review after 3 weeks of being here and since then nothing from that review has changed...well except me!! I’ve lost even more weight (the least I’ve weighed in a decade) gained more confidence (I had none before coming here) and am the happiest I’ve been in a long time! Every aspect of my life has improved since starting st SPPT.The difference between here and other gyms is the trainers and not only their superior knowledge about training, nutrition and fitness but their attitudes and that they care about everyone and they want to help you achieve your goals! Also the fact they keep it simple.I got great pride recently when telling a trainer I’d lost a certain amount of weight since I started and he was even more happy than I was, that’s a huge motivator and shows how much it also matters to them to see clients doing well.It’s like a family here, albeit one who pushes you to the limit, makes you sweat and then sweat some more! It’s a fantastic facility and has a few things you don’t get in standard gyms which really help, the classes they offer are brilliant and the people who come here are the best, they’ll help you, push you and lie down on the floor after a boot camp with you too! I'm just coming to the end of my 6 month membership at SPPT having reached my target weight, feeling fitter and stronger and learnt so much. I've enjoyed it so much that I've signed up for another 6 months and can't wait to see what I can achieve with the help of the Better Body Project team. Investing in personal training is a big commitment but I would recommend SPPT to anyone, it's so worth it! All the coaches are really knowledgable and always give you so much support and make the sessions fun too. They manage the perfect balance of pushing you when they know you can do more, whether it's a few more reps or adding some weight (even if you don't think you can), without making you feel pressured to do so. I didn't think I would see the day where I would be genuinely gutted if I have to miss a gym session or say that I don't completely hate Bulgarian split squats...but that's what SPPT has done to me! I have been a member since August and can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made.It doesn’t matter how you look or how fit/unfit you are; the whole team and all the members are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and unlike other gyms I have previously been to, you are not made to feel self-conscious.All of the trainers are brilliant and offer as much support as you need, both in terms of training and nutrition. It makes such a difference walking into a place, where everyone knows your name; it makes the whole experience feel so much more personal.Although I’m not the strongest or fittest person, the progress I have made over the last 2 months has been amazing and I can’t wait to see how I progress over the coming months!I now look forward to my training sessions, which is something I never thought I would say! SP-PT is like no usual gym, nor is it like any usual personal training service. A unique blend of group or individual PT sessions and high intensity training classes helps you achieve your personal goal. I have been here for 7 weeks now and look forward to every session. All the trainers are very informative, friendly and motivational. Which also can be said for everyone who attends! There are no posers or time wasters, everyone is there to work hard and enjoy themselves.What ever your goal, they will guide you through every step of the way, and help you change your whole way you think about food, training and fitness in general for the better.What ever your experience level or age, I would strongly reccomend the 30-day trial and go from there. SPPT really deliver on what they promise. I've dropped a significant amount of weight, become stronger than I had imagined possible, fit back into all of my clothes that I'd grown out of, and actually look forward to every session. I really like the "no frills/just get it done" approach. I've made some great friends and training in small groups works superbly. After illness, surgery and gaining a lot of weight I was very nervous about joining a gym and starting to exercise again, but the support I have had has been amazing and my confidence has soared. The trainers have pushed me much more than I would ever have managed alone, whilst always mindful of my well-being. I love the diversity of clients who train here, and how encouraging everyone is. Where do i start! SPPT are professional yet personable, knowledgeable yet constructive, hard working yet fun! It is a great environment, hugely motivating and results are guaranteed! I cannot recommend them enough. Sean, Ciaran, Matt, George and Jamie are great and always there to help with motivation, advise and everything else to help you achieve your goals. Since only being a member for such a short amount of time SPPT has completely changed my mindset and attitude when it comes to training. I feel so much more confident now about going to the gym given some previous bad expierences I have had. All of the trainers are welcoming and helpful and really make you feel at ease straight away. The support I have been given is so much more than just while working out, so many other parts of my life have been changed by just coming here and learning so much, one of the biggest things being my self confidence and positive attitude towards training. The people that train at SPPT are all supportive and I can definitely say I couldn’t do it without the additional encouragement of some of the regulars who reassure me I won’t be the first person to be sick! BOOTCAMP

Every Saturday at 10:30am we host the best Bootcamp in town. The class is held at our training facility in Crawley. It's all indoors and uses a wide range of our great equipment. The sessions are run by SPPT coach Jon Barker and all ability levels are welcomed.
