How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Garage conversion on doesn't require planning permission if the changes are just internal however may require building regulations approval.
when the garage is extended or a new dwelling is made a planning application is required along with the building regulations approval.
check the land lease for any restriction clause

however would love to do a perfect classic or futuristic if there was an opportunity.
I do a murals and paintings for my clients and projects if the design demands it
a fusion of styles is popular these days
I particularly like the use of natural materials and environment friendly approach to all my work.
