What’s your signature dish?
Duo of lamb served with Del Monico Potato, textures of squash & goats cheese accompanied by a sweet lamb jus.
Or our classic Homemade Rosemary Waffles served with Our fried chicken.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We would ask the client a series of questions related to preferability, the type of service, recommend ingredients in season and use menus previous clients have enjoyed!
What do you love most about your job?
Well we have a passion for food so the question should be "what's not too love about our job!?"
What inspired you to start your own business?
Chef Aaron is a freelance chef and he has worked at some of the most prestigious venues and events such as the Royal Ascot, The Royal Troon, Burleigh Horse trails, MUFC's Old Trafford, MCFC's Etihad Stadium and Watfords Vicarage Rd, he also works with the legendary Raymond Blanc doing events such as Chelsea Flower show, King George IV and Champions Day.
"I decided I need to start carving my own future and start working on my own goals and ambitions, after working around the country doing so many events, I gave up working on other peoples success story and found a need to start on my own. So I found the time."
