I have recently been having reflexology From Sarah For pain in my shoulder blade And also my neck I had the pain in my shoulder blade For six weeks prior to treatment I would take the occasional pain killer But did not want to come reliant on them So a friend of mine recommend Sarah as He had treatment for back pain and could not Recommend her highly enough After my first treatment when I woke up in the morning the pain in my shoulder blade Had completely gone I could not believe it After suffering all that time with the painAfter a further two treatments over the next week the discomfort in my neck had gone aswellLike my friend I cannot recommend herHighly enough

I have had a number of sessions from Sarah for different reasons.I have had reflexlogy,  which I found very relaxing and lovely. Sarah therapy room is always warm and inviting with soothing music and relaxing aromas that will make you feel as relaxed as possible. I would have to say I didn't want my reflexlogy session to stop. Sarah will let you know at the end of the sessions any areas she felt there might be any concern and how these might be addressed.Recently have been having Rahanni from Sarah . I have had sessions for physical as well as psychological aspects that are going on in my life. I have a back condtion that is autoimmune and causes inflammation in my spine and muscles that can leave me very stiff and in chronic pain. My muscles go into spasm and my movement can be very restricted in my neck and upper back. This pain normally radiates to my lower back and hips due to the restriction in my movement/posture and sleeping position. I saw Sarah after one bad flare up. That day I was in veey bad pain and could not move my neck and limited movement in my back. Sarah fitted me in for Rahanni and there was some relief in my symptoms straight away. What was most surprising is the next day I had hardly any pain and I had movement back.  I would normally have a flare up that would last a least one week of chronic pain and a following week of stiffness.  I have loved my rahanni healing sessions with Sarah. During the sessions I see colours and sometimes visions.  This is all very relaxing and leaves me in a bliss state. Sarah is a true healer and I don't think you have to believe every aspect of how rahanni works on a deeper level you just have to have an open mind. My back condition has made improvements after 5 years of chronic pain  and pain medication.  Sarah is a qualified rahanni teacher and she  offered me a teach me as she felt it would benefit me. I had such a good day learning from her. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The day was a mixture of theory and practical. I would highly recommend this training as it can be used at home with family or in a professional manner if you choose. I have been doing some self healing and practising on my elderly sausage dog who has some health issues of his own.  He seems to love it! It has helped me on my spiritual path and I feel lighter and more positive about the future.Sarah is so professional in every aspect of her work.
