I came into the store yesterday, never purchased an Air Gun before but the guys here are so helpful. From when I walked in they offered me a coffee which was very nice. They took their time into explaining about the firearm I was looking for and led me to the final decision. I have not yet tried the Air Pistol I purchased as I'm waiting to go to the range but overall I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. More...

Fantastic shooting sports shop SOLWARE
Having experienced Solware’s customer service and products over the last year to say I’m impressed is a massive understatement.
The customers service is like nothing I have ever experienced previously, it’s outstanding. The team do everything in their power to ensure you have an enjoyable time wether you just looking or buying. On many an occasion the team has actually sold me a cheaper option than I was looking for as they stated it was better, tell me another company that is that customer focused and honest. Your always welcomed into the shop with a hot beverage and a biscuit. The owner Carl is a stand up guy, I’ve never met a businessman with so much integrity. Again solware are extremely customer focused I cannot emphasise that enough. Pop down for a browse of Solware’s massive stock list and you won’t be disappointed. Many thanks to Carl and the team.

What can I say about Soĺware! These guys get to know you, and your needs. I had a problem with a well known make and Carl spent time to try and sort it out.
The rifle was beyond help and needed to be sent to the skip.
But with the experience they have I have come away a happy bunny. I give these guys 100% customer service.

My local RFD and one of the best in country as far as I’m concerned. Always welcomed with a brew and a choccy biscuit, they give unbiased advice and they suggest something for your needs, rather than just selling you what they want.

Excellent service, I rang to ask what scopes they had in stock, after an informative conversation on the phone was told to bring my gun with me to ensure fit was Ok, scopes were fitted at shop and zero'd, very helpful very friendly, Will definitely use again highly recommended

Simply a type & level of service which we imagine had died in the era of rationing or gas-lit streets. What an awesome, erudite, experienced & friendly crew.
I actually as a result research what I want on the Internet (often a famous retailer starting with 'Pell') - & then buy it physically from these guys! Oh yeah - excellent prices, to boot! Where's the sixth Star option!?
(N.B. They also stock the genuine Umarex 88g Co2 canisters (pictured) - which wasn't clear from the actual product page, but which I was very happy to discover!)

Had some issues with a used Ultra mmc single shot I brought from Solware last month. I took it back and they sent it away to be fixed. When it came back I got it home and it still wasn't right. I emailed them and they asked me to bring it back again. When I got there they took it back and gave me a new Ultra multi shot SE in walnut! Each time I've been in, I've been well looked after and shown anything I want to look at. Prices are good. With how they sorted my problem out, I can only recommend this shop. They also did me a good deal on a swift stumpy moderator. Very happy. More...

It's an ace little shop and the staff were very welcoming, even to a newbie in a suit! They started by offering me a brew - I ended up buying an air rifle, scope, bag and pellets on my first visit.
Unfortunately, the rifle wasn't suitable. I called them the next day to explain and Bill offered to take it back and ordered something else for me. Popped in after work to collect it tonight and he was happy to swap the scope over and set it up. Fantastic, old school customer service!
As someone who is new to the sport, a visit to a shop full of experts can be daunting - not so with Solware :) I will definitely be returning to buy and learn more.
